Shipping Notice
Please be aware that due to the low melting temperature of the product, temperatures during shipping may cause the product to melt. If this occurs, please place in the refrigerator for 10-15 minute intervals. This will not affect the product's effectiveness. However, the product is packaged based on weight, and when melted, the product loses the volume of air that is whipped in and can cause jars to appear less than full. To regain the whipped texture, the body butter can be rewhipped and added back to the jar.
